Friend and group menu

This screen opens from a message screen.

It shows actions for the selected friend or group.

What you see

At the top you see the friend or group name.

Below it is a list of actions. Use the up and down buttons to move through the list. Press OK to select an action. Press Back to return to the message screen.

Friend menu options

  • Voice Message - Record and send a voice message.
  • Text message - Choose or write a text message.
  • Animation - Choose and send an animation.
  • Fun Sound - Choose and send a fun sound.
  • Friendship Badges - Opens badges for this friend.
  • Mute: ON or Mute: OFF - Turn mute on or off for this friend.
  • Remove this friend - Remove a friend from the contact list.

Some friend options are hidden for the account that owns the device.

Group menu options

  • Voice Message - Record and send a voice message to the group.
  • Text message - Choose or write a text message for the group.
  • Animation - Choose and send an animation to the group.
  • Fun Sound - Choose and send a fun sound to the group.
  • Group Badges - Opens badges for this group.
  • Edit members - Change group members. This appears for group owners.
  • View members - See group members. This appears for group members who are not the owner.
  • Rename group - Change the group name. Any group member can rename the group at any time, without limit, even if they are not the group owner.
  • Mute: ON or Mute: OFF - Turn mute on or off for this group.
  • Remove this group - Remove a group. This appears for a group owner.
  • Leave this group - Leave a group. This appears for group members who are not the owner.

Helpful tips

Tip

To start a live call from this screen, press and hold the talk button. For a group, the call goes to the group.

Sending messages, animations, fun sounds, and badges needs Wi-Fi.
